Rules of cooperation with Monetra

Introduction and general rules
Our site's terms are short and concrete. By using the Monetra service at ul. Szeroka 9, you accept these rules. We do not use complex legal hooks here. The site serves to present our consulting services for Toruń monuments. All texts, photos and analyses are our property. Do not copy them to your ads without our consent. If you browse our posts about renovations, you do it for your own knowledge. Do not treat it as a final technical opinion without a site visit at your object. Each tenement in the Old Town has a different history and different problems in walls. We try to keep data always fresh. Remember however that the real estate market can be volatile. We do not guarantee the site will work without any break 24 hours a day. Sometimes we do technical tidying in the code, just as one tidies an old cellar. Our services and valuations
We value consulting services without fluff. The start audit costs 450.00 PLN and includes the first site visit at the object. Larger profitability analyses we value before the start of work, so you know the concrete amount. You won't find hidden costs with us. By the way, we respond to inquiries from the form usually within 4 business hours. If you want us to reliably count every meter of your premises, you must provide us with true technical data. We do not take responsibility for errors resulting from untrue information from the client. Payments for simple technical reports we accept in advance. For large revitalization projects, like granaries at Rabiańska street, we divide the payment into stages. This allows us to keep work continuity, and you control over the investment budget. Old walls and new profits are possible only with clear financial rules. We do not send invoices by surprise. We always first establish a rate and then we enter the construction site or cellar. We respect your capital and our time.
Responsibility and consulting
Remember that consulting is not fortune telling. We base our analyses on facts and 12 years of experience in Toruń. However, the final decision to purchase real estate always belongs to you. We are not responsible for your investment decisions made only on basis of reading the blog. We look for a second bottom in every building, but every transaction on secondary market carries some risk. Our financial responsibility is limited to the price of the service you ordered from us. If you paid 1,850 PLN for a report, it is the maximum amount of eventual claims. The brick doesn't lie, but building regulations and rental rates can change in a few months. We are not a legal or tax office. Beata Mazur will give you basics about monument reliefs, but consult final settlements with your accountant. We focus on technology and profitability of historical walls. That is our specialty and in this scope we are concrete. We don't promise miracles, we promise reliable numbers.
Changes in terms and disputes
The rules on this page may change without major announcements. We do it usually when building law or municipal grant rules in Toruń change. The newest version of the document is always available at this address. If you continue using our tools, like profitability calculator, it means acceptance of new conditions. By the way, in case of any misunderstandings, we first invite you for a talk at the office in the Old Town. Most matters can be resolved at a concrete talk about facts. If however we don't reach agreement, the case will be settled by the court proper for our seat in Toruń. We operate according to Polish law and we respect fair cooperation rules. Our terms are meant to protect both sides and ensure full transparency. Investing in history requires mutual trust. We build it on clear messages and hard market data, without unnecessary marketing.
