Why Beata?

Beata joined Monetra in March 2016. She doesn't waste words. If she says documents are ready, it means they passed triple check. Previously she dealt with public administration, which today allows her to pass through bureaucratic barriers in offices much faster.

In our city the brick doesn't lie, but official forms can be complex. Beata looks for a second bottom in every new support program for monuments. In 2023 alone she prepared 17 grant applications, of which 13 ended with real payment of funds for tenement owners. These are concrete savings – from 18,400 PLN for minor repairs to much larger amounts for roof renovations.

Old walls, new profits – this is her main principle when working with a client. Beata watches that every zloty spent on renovation is properly documented. To be honest, she can be quite strict for construction crews, but thanks to this our clients don't risk losing grants due to wrong invoices or delays in the construction log. We count every meter of facade for the budget to match.

  • Effectiveness of obtaining funds at 76% in the last year.
  • Conducted 34 conservation inspections without any office comments.
  • Access to current bases of 12 different renovation funds.

Outside work Beata is passionate about the history of Toruń Bydgoskie Przedmieście. She can often be found there taking photos of wood carving details on old balconies. She can be stubborn, especially when an official claims that something cannot be financed from the current pool of funds.

By the way, Beata keeps a thick binder in the office with photos of all 29 tenements she helped save – it's worth reviewing during a visit over coffee at our place.

Heads-up: Beata doesn't accept cases that have zero chance for financial support. She respects her time and your wallet.
